Farm to Table Dinner with Ambler Farm x Barcelona Wine Bar x Folkways Wine

We're obsessed with farmers. For 30 years, Barcelona Wine Bar has built its tables around the people who grow and make things with unwavering devotion — the produce of Fairfield County, the biodynamic wines of Spain. Ambler Farm has spent 20 of those years doing the same, right here in Wilton.

Cocktail hour opens with a grazing table — fresh-from-the-garden gazpacho, charcuterie and cheese — set against the iconic backdrop of the red barn. Then it's on to farm-style communal tables for a multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Ted Gola, built around produce harvested that same day and paired with organic Catalonian wines curated by Folkways.
